Introduction
Every company has milestones, but some resonate more deeply than others. For Massive Rocket, reaching 100 people is not just a number—it marks a defining moment in our journey. What began as a small, determined team has grown into an agency with a global footprint, working with world-class platforms like Braze, Snowflake, and Hightouch.

Looking back, this journey has been made possible by trust, belief, and partnerships. Looking forward, it represents the foundation from which we will continue to grow, innovate, and double down on industries where our impact can be transformative. This story is one of gratitude, resilience, and ambition.
Thank You
If there is one truth we hold above all, it is that we would not be here without the people who believed in us. In the early days, a handful of visionary customers chose to take a chance on us when all we had was grit and vision. Nick, Mota, Alex, Kat, Jo, Alex S, Amanda, and Gehan were among those who trusted us—not for what we had achieved but for what we hoped to achieve. Their faith gave us the credibility and confidence to move forward, and many of them are still standing beside us today, years later.

Advisors were equally pivotal in shaping our trajectory. Frank, Emilio, and Ian stepped in with the right words at the right time, keeping us grounded when ambition and reality didn’t always meet. Their wisdom and guidance kept us from burning out or losing track of why we were doing this. They gave us something entrepreneurs often overlook: the belief that it was possible to fail forward, to make mistakes and still be heading in the right direction.

Partners like Dan, Dave, Matt, Flo, Tessa, and Daria brought belief at moments when we were still proving ourselves. With their support, we built bridges into the communities, ecosystems, and industries that mattered most. Together, through Braze, Snowflake, and Hightouch, we found new ways to create data-driven connections between brands and people, unlocking solutions bigger than the sum of their parts.

And, above all, there is our team. The team—past and present—is the beating heart of Massive Rocket. We wouldn’t have survived without the early builders who decided to throw themselves into this crazy idea when there was nothing more than a dream to hang on to. And we wouldn’t thrive without the brilliant people who continue to join today, bringing fresh ideas and energy into an ever-expanding, global culture. If I’ve missed your name here, please don’t take it as oversight. This thank you belongs to all of you.
We Made Something for You
Milestones make you reflect. They make you take a breath and think about how you got here, who helped, and what they gave you. Numbers can sometimes feel cold.

That’s why we wanted to create a thank you that feels warmer, more personal, and truthfully, a little imperfect.
My kid, Mila, and I decided to paint. We made 100 individual pieces of artwork, each one unique, each one honest in its flaws and strokes. They’re not valuable in any material sense—if you don’t like yours, bin it freely and guilt-free. But they are valuable to us because they were created with the same spirit we’ve built this company: human effort, collaboration, and care.

Forty of these paintings go to our first employees. Early team members who had nothing but belief to guide them, who built the foundations for everything we have today. Twenty-five are going to our earliest customers, the ones who trusted us when it made almost no sense to do so. Twenty-five are for our partners, who gave us the scaffolding and the trust to reach higher than we could alone.

They are imperfect reflections of what this company is built on: imperfect people, working together, making something meaningful.
Where We Are Headed
Reaching 100 people is just one milestone, not the finish line. Today, Massive Rocket is proud to stand as a bootstrapped company: independent, profitable, and committed to building sustainably. We are free to choose our path, invest in people, and build solutions in ways that match our values rather than external pressures. That freedom is the core of who we are.

But if the story so far has been about building, the story ahead is about scale. With half our revenue now coming from global brands in the United States, we’ve moved our headquarters to the US. This isn’t just a practical decision—it’s a doubling down on a market we believe represents both our present reality and our future potential. Over the years ahead, we’ll continue broadening our international presence and building a team that reflects the global scale of our work.

Our focus is deepening across industry verticals where customer experience is make-or-break. We are investing in Quick Service Restaurants, Food Delivery, Hospitality, and Finance—sectors where personalization, loyalty, and data-driven innovation can change everything.

With Braze, Snowflake, and Hightouch as partners, we are creating tailored engagement strategies powerful enough to operate at global scale but flexible enough to feel human at each individual customer touchpoint.
Beyond Numbers: Staying True to Ourselves
Growth brings pressures—more clients, bigger teams, faster demands. It can be easy to lose sight of what matters most. But for Massive Rocket, what has carried us this far has never been numbers on a spreadsheet. It has been people.

Yes, we are experts in Braze, Snowflake, and Hightouch. But what truly makes a difference is how we wield these platforms—with creativity, empathy, and a human touch. Tools alone can’t bring customers closer to brands. It takes purpose, craft, and persistence. That philosophy has carried us to 100, and it will carry us to whatever comes after.

The journey ahead will undoubtedly bring fresh challenges. We’ll keep innovating, keep questioning, and keep reminding ourselves that loyalty isn’t created by sending messages. Loyalty is born from creating moments—moments that matter, moments that endure.
Share your Story
If you do receive one of the paintings we’ve sent out, it would mean the world to us if you might take a picture with it or post it on LinkedIn with a short story about Massive Rocket and a link back to this article. You absolutely don’t have to—it’s yours to treasure or toss—but if you do, it would make this milestone feel even more alive. The story of 100 Rockets isn’t really ours.
It belongs to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far.
Thank you for being part of our story.
Here’s to our future together.
