We’re building the next generation of CRM experts through the Massive Rocket Academy, a three-year training program designed to take ambitious graduates from early talent to certified consultants.
As part of the Academy, you’ll join our team as a full-time employee, get paid to learn, and receive hands-on experience working with some of the most advanced brands and technologies in the world. Each year comes with new learning goals, greater responsibility, and a salary increase to match your growing contribution.
Year 1: Paid Associate (MarTech): Foundations and Certification
Salary: Starting salary aligned with UK entry-level rates while you train, earn certifications, and work directly on exciting real-world client projects using leading technologies like Braze and Snowflake.
Activities:
- Get certified in Braze & Snowflake
- Lead smaller campaign activities with review and guidance from senior consultants.
- Execute campaigns, perform QA checks, and build performance reports.
- Learn to create targeted audience segments and message workflows.
- Develop excellent habits in communication, accuracy, and professionalism.
Year 2: Associate Consultant — Creative and Execution
Salary: Your salary increases as you take on more creative ownership, manage campaigns independently, and start influencing client strategy—your work will make a visible impact.
Activities:
- Manage full campaigns from planning to delivery with growing independence.
- Take initiative in A/B testing, optimisation, and creative experimentation.
- Contribute ideas that improve engagement and customer experience.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and strategists across client projects.
- Present results and performance insights to internal teams and clients.
Year 3: Consultant — Leadership and Project Ownership
Salary: A significant leap in pay and responsibility as you become a fully-fledged consultant, leading projects, mentoring new team members, and earning a competitive salary that matches experienced industry professionals.
Activities:
- Lead complex, multi-channel CRM projects end to end.
- Mentor new team members and review their work for quality assurance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across CRM and lifecycle marketing projects.
- Work with platforms such as Braze & Snowflake.
- Champion innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement across teams.

Application Criteria
We’re looking for motivated, diligent, and curious individuals ready to start a career in CRM and marketing technology.
- Based in or willing to commute to our Letchworth Garden City office (with occasional remote days).
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 6–12 months of internship or relevant experience in marketing or CRM preferred.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who enjoys collaboration and teamwork.
- Creative thinker with strong curiosity for marketing technology and data-driven strategy.
- Proactive, dependable, and focused on delivering high-quality results every time.
