What are the steps in the recruiting process?
Our recruitment process is tailored to each role, and not every position will follow the exact same steps. Your recruiter will walk you through the specific process, stages, and expected timelines during your first intro call.

Important Notes:
- – We follow up as fast as possible (generally within days or weeks).
- – We are a small team, but we review and provide feedback on every application.
- – We offer equal opportunity, and we hire the best people for the role based on experience, performance, and alignment with our values.
- – We have a Bring Your Own Device policy – all team members are expected to use their own laptops/devices for work.
What are your salary ranges?
Salary ranges at Massive Rocket depend on a number of factors, including:
- – Type of contract (freelancer or employee)
- – Schedule (part-time, full-time, or project-based)
- – Years of relevant experience and seniority
- – Level of responsibility
- – Location/market conditions
On the intro call, we’ll take time to understand your expectations and needs. After the second stage, we start shaping a potential offer that aligns with both your needs and the company’s compensation framework.
If your expectations are higher than what we can currently offer, we may keep your profile on record and reach out to you again in the future.
What is your holiday policy?
Holiday policies vary depending on the contract type and schedule. Your recruiter will explain how it applies to your situation.
For UK and India employment contracts:
- – 21 days of annual leave (accumulated monthly), plus
- – Bank holidays based on the country of residence
- – 1 day off for your birthday (can be taken during the week before or after)
Please note: contractors on daily/hourly contracts may not have access to paid holiday depending on their agreement.

UK Employee Pension Information: The company sets up pensions via Nest. Contributions are currently 5% from employees and 3% from Massive Rocket (with the legal minimum required being 5%). Employees can contribute more if they wish.
